Welcome Home

greating_imageFor more than a decade Mack has played a vital role in assisting suburban communities located on Chicago's south and west sides rediscover their greatness.

Along the way we’ve helped hundreds of hard working families achieve their dreams of living in affordable single-family homes appointed with modern amenities that are close to quality schools and shopping. Our success is built on proven results, and on the trust we inspire within the many communities we are proud to be part of.

Mack currently owns, manages and maintains approximately 246 single-family homes, along with an additional 85 homes for outside real estate investors. We project this number to grow to 450 homes by the end of 2010. Communities that we presently redevelop and lease homes include: Blue Island, the City of Chicago, Country Club Hills, Chicago Heights, Dolton, Glenwood, Hazel Crest, LaGrange, Lansing, Lockport, Lynwood, Olympia Fields, Orland Park, Riverdale, South Holland and Tinley Park. In addition, we have a growing presence in Homewood, Palos Heights and Oak Forest. All properties are within 30 minutes driving time from our Tinley Park headquarters to better serve our tenants.

Mack is purchasing, redeveloping and leasing out a new home every three days. This is unprecedented for our industry, and a clear signal of a successful business model. So is demand: vacancy in Mack homes is zero and our tenant waiting list is four months. Mack tenant satisfaction can also be gauged by an average  tenure of nearly five years.
