The economic tsunami that ravaged the financial
industry left in its wake tens of thousands of bank-owned single-family homes. For community leaders this has meant abandoned homes
spotting otherwise well-kept suburban streets.
During these dire times,
Mack represents hope. We are in the business of purchasing bank-owned
properties, redeveloping each into a showcase, and then leasing these
properties to carefully-screened tenants who we treat with the utmost respect, and that maintain the option to
purchase the home outright at any time.
Mack returns neighborhoods to what they once were. Communities benefit from
greater safety, higher property values and restored tax revenues. That
is the Mack way of doing business.
It is important to note that Mack does not "rehab" or "flip" homes for quick profits. Our business strategy focuses on long-term appreciation. We expect to hold each of our homes a minimum of 10-15 years to provide stability for our clients and the communities they are located in.
