James K. “Mack” McClelland, President & CEO
Leveraging his 35 years of relationships to identify and acquire the best available properties for Mack Industries, “Jim Mack” has spent his working life in and around real-estate.  Starting as a commercial real estate agent for a Chicago based firm, he later built and sold his 40 agent firm, Gaslight Reality, to Remax.  Jim then spent the next 16 years focused on land acquisition and development for residential subdivisions and commercial properties, as well as single family home construction.  Jim founded Mack Industries in 1997 after being asked by a local banker to acquire an older home from them as a favor.
James H. McClelland, Chief Operating Officer
With 80 direct reporting employees, Jim oversees all property management and construction field operations for Mack Industries.  Responsibilities include all government permitting, licensing and bonding, all property inspections, including sale, rental, section 8, occupancy and escrow release. All aspects of construction from purchase and property preparation to rental move-in, including ongoing maintenance and emergency service, tenant screening, move in coordination, rent collection, refinancing and home divestiture.  Jim came to Mack Industries from the construction industry.  As a general contractor Jim built more than 100 single family homes from vacant land to final walk through.  Jim holds an undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, a masters degree from Ball State University and completed doctoral studies at Louisiana State University.
Keith McClelland, Director of Property Management
Keith is responsible for all of the promotion and management activities of Mack Industries property management division. Prior to joining Mack Industries Keith worked as a commodities trader at the Chicago Board of Trade, and as a supervisor at Harrah's Entertainment. Keith holds an undergraduate degree in marketing from Columbia College.
Lenny Svoboda, Vice President of Investor Relations

Mr. Svoboda joined Mack from Allegiance/Archer Banks where he held a senior position in Business Development encompassing responsibility for new customer relations, strategic planning, and reporting. As Vice President of Investor Relations, Lenny oversees Mack’s outreach to the investment community, including sharing his significant knowledge and experience with Mack RECAP investors, and assuring their needs are met from concept to completion. Lenny is a graduate of Lewis University and began his career as an on-air personality for a leading Chicago radio station before migrating into media sales and marketing. Mickie Consola, Office Manager
Mickie oversees and coordinates multiple aspects of financial and legal documentation, including purchasing, sales, and working directly with attorneys, bankers, processors and realtors. One of Mack's original employees, Mickie will soon be celebrating her tenth year with our company. She holds a BS in Business Administration and a BA in English Literature from Governors State University.
Patricia Clement, Accounting Manager
Pat has more than 30 years experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining Mack, Pat primarily worked in downtown Chicago for a CPA firm and other entrepreneurial concerns as a Financial Analyst and Bookkeeper. Her versatile, diverse professional background has well prepared her for the challenges in the real estate industry.
Katie Messina, Administrative Assistant
Katie sets up new bank accounts and coordinates monthly banking transactions, including payments of mortgages and assisting with taxes. She also processes invoices from vendors.
Mitch Weiner, Financial Director
Mitch's primary responsibility is to liaison with the financial community. He brings more than two decades experience to his position, including time at the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange with Wall Street and LaSalle Street firms. Robert (Bob) Gorski, Controller
Bob brings to Mack Companies a wealth of experience in strategic planning, finance, accounting, operations, and analysis and reporting within Big Four accounting firms, Fortune 500 companies, and entrepreneurial organizations. At Mack, Bob is enabling the migration of the accounting system from Quickbooks® to Timberline®, and solidifying the foundation of Mack's financial, operational and management reporting structure to meet internal and external needs.  Bob's career spans more than 35 years in management level positions at companies including the Pernix Group, Hewlett-Packard, CCC Information Services, Reynolds & Reynolds, Lexis Nexis, Farley/Fruit of the Loom, and Ernst & Young. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Pulaski Savings Bank in Bridgeport.
George Patterson, Field Superintendent Rehab/Maintenance
George has worked for the company for seven years and heads up the daily field operations for Mack Industries.  George brings over 20 years of construction experience to the company.  A carpenter by trade, George carries certifications in roofing, electric, plumbing and HVAC.  Previously George was in charge of service and construction for the 250 unit Colonies Apartment Complex in Steger, IL.
